Stresscase is a business, created by Karen and her teen daughter, that promotes self-care! Stresscase curates locally-made relaxation products for their themed self-care kits to inspire busy Calgarians to take time for themselves. The kindness exchange that has resulted from these themed relaxation kits is gaining momentum throughout North America. For every 10 Stresscase kits they sell, they donate one to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

Small Floral Studio is a flower shop run by Elli Jesperson. Her designs are beautiful and meaningful. Choose from many seasonal bouquets or get the designer’s choice. This choice lets you tell them the occasion, recipient, price (the amount you want to spend), and delivery date. You can even put in what colors are her favorite!
Small Floral Studio offers flower delivery for $15. They may accommodate curbside pick-up but you must call in advance to make arrangements.
Plant it Modern
Maybe your mom/wife isn’t into flowers but still has that green thumb, a plant would be an excellent idea!
